Jack Foster (cricketer)

Jack Heygate Nedham Foster (8 September 1905 – 16 November 1976) was an English cricketer. Foster was a right-handed batsman. He was born at Rochester, Kent, and educated at Harrow School.
Foster made two first-class appearances for Kent in the 1930 County Championship against Middlesex at Cheriton Road, Folkestone, and Surrey at Rectory Field, Blackheath.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=First-Class Matches played by Jack Foster )〕 Against Middlesex, Foster was dismissed for a single run in Kent's first-innings of 287 by Harry Lee. In their second-innings, he wasn't required to bat, with the match ending in a draw.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Middlesex v Kent, 1930 County Championship )〕 Against Surrey, Foster was dismissed for a duck in Kent's first-innings of 317 by Maurice Allom, while in their second-innings he wasn't required to bat, with the match ending in a draw.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Kent v Sussex, 1930 County Championship )
He died at Edenbridge, Kent on 16 November 1976.
